HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Looking to return a gift? QUAY’s 30-day return policy has been extended for the holidays. 

  • Eligible items purchased between 11/20/2023 and 12/14/2023 may be returned (online or in-store) or exchanged (with gift receipts in-store) on or before 1/15/2024. 
  • All sale items are final.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? 

We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied within 30 days of delivery. They must be in original condition with the original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after 30 days or not in original condition will be issued as a Merchandise Credit available to be used at Quay Australia. 

All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. 

Download and complete this form and send it in with your return. 

Returns are available for full-priced Sunnies, Blue Light Glasses & Accessories. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased during our Buy One Get One Free promotion, both pairs of glasses must be returned to be eligible for a return. 

Allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your return is completed. Please note: Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle. 

Quay will NOT be responsible for the costs associated with returns. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping fees or import fees associated with the return. 

WARRANTY

SUNNIES & BLUE LIGHT GLASSES

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.

ACCESSORIES

For manufacturing & material defects, replacements are available within 90 days of purchase. Warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by general use. Lost components & natural wear and tear do not make jewellery pieces eligible for exchanges.
